SNOW IS... PASS-AROUND

Snow is that moment when we decide to love someone – unique
no-other the same, a glorious crystal of potential
Snow is a dream where I meet my life-long love
Snow is the draw to go inside and bundle into a blanket of comfort
Snow is comfort in a cave
Snow is a snow cave warm as toast
Snow is going to happen not matter the forecast
Snow might wait for the last spring fall
Snow is not going to do that
Is it?

Snow is cushiony like a soft cold mattress
Snow collects in the springs
snow is causing the springs to rust
snow is quiet even when you hit it,unlike a rusty bed spring
Snow is a bed that could become a tomb
Snow is water. Water is everything. The end.
Snow is not the end. It is part of the cycle.
Snow is the beginning of hot chocolate, shoveling, sleigh rides, glaciers, polar ice caps, snow geese
Snow is what makes rivers run

Snow is white feathers fluttering from the grey sky
Snow is drawing me out tongue upraised to catch icy moisture
Snow coating my tongue white
Snow is a glacier sliding down my throat
Snow is snow-not thrush
Snow is sometimes reminiscent of a bad dandruffy damn day
Snow is Regular
Eternal
Mountainous
Inherent
Never-Never Land
Important
Snow
Complete
Eventual Water
Not over
That stuff out there,

Snow is falling from a blue sky
Snow is hitting everything in its path
Snow is whistling across the highway
Snow is snow is snow is snow is ___what?
snow is over there
Snow isn't in here
Snow is fairly chummy
Snow is definitely cold.

Take a picture to freeze the snow
After you have done this, stop writing
POEMS! This is enough.
For goodness sake, listen
A while to the sound of falling snow
you WALK, walk, walk.

Snow is all different shapes, out is always white, white in the air
Snow is a traveling affliction of icy diversity
Snow is pretending to be pure, but it's really a multicolored mass of who-knows
Snow is a crowd of individuals dumping, or not, because
Snow can only be formed under certain conditions
Snow is evidence of Edward's creative carving
snow is momentarily shaping itself into creatures of unknown curves
